Jessica joined EMILY in 2025 as Billing Administrator, overseeing all client billing and serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries. A Newberry native, she brings two decades of expertise in financial operations, bill management, and marketing—blending analytical precision with exceptional organization. With 14 years in the banking industry and seven years as an office manager, Jessica is known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending quality time with her family.
