Co-Founder / CEO

Chris Kemper, Co-Founder, received a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Virginia Military Institute, along with an MBA from Brenau University and a graduate certificate in Financial Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

A retired Army veteran of 23 years in service, Chris has 20+ years of managing small and large teams all across the globe, as well as 20 years of civilian experience in business administration.

In 2018, the opportunity arose to create a new company focused on helping small businesses achieve the same reach as their larger counterparts. Chris and Samie joined forces and EMILY® was born.
