Problem/Solution:

ProPrinters partnered with EMILY to redesign their website with a focus on improved usability and a more intuitive user experience. A top priority was ensuring full compliance with accessibility standards—including ADA, AODA, EAA, and WCAG—to make the site inclusive for all users, including those with disabilities. They also sought a modern, professional design that reflects their brand’s credibility and resonates with today’s digital audience. To support data-driven decisions, we integrated Google Analytics and a heat map tool, providing valuable insights into user behavior and enabling ongoing optimization of the site experience.
