Overview:
The Mecklenburg County Health Department engaged Team EMILY to support the Meck Design 2023 Conference through comprehensive content development and marketing strategy execution.
Scope of Work:
Designed and produced key conference materials, including attendee fact sheets, event agendas, and on-site signage.
Collaborated with Zero Gravity Video to develop a main feature video for presentation at the 2023 conference.
Captured B-roll footage and conducted interviews to support both current and future marketing needs.
Produced a promotional video for the upcoming 2024 conference using content from the 2023 event.
Created a series of sizzle reels to be used in ongoing promotional and social media efforts.
Outcome:
The content and media assets developed provided the Meck Design Conference with high-quality, multi-purpose materials that enhanced the attendee experience and supported long-term promotional goals.
