Problem/Solution:
The South Carolina Department of Mental Health (DMH) launched a spring campaign to raise awareness of the 988 Lifeline, a suicide prevention and mental health crisis helpline. The goal was to reach both teens and adults across South Carolina with clear, consistent messaging that aligned with the updated 988 brand.
To support this initiative, Team EMILY executed a multi-channel strategy targeting audiences through SCHSL and SCISA spring activations. This included a combination of print materials, on-site engagement opportunities, and geotargeted digital advertising focused on event locations. All campaign materials were thoughtfully adapted from existing 988 assets, ensuring alignment with recent branding updates while enhancing clarity and cohesion for a statewide audience.

Ongoing Efforts:
The campaign is active and evolving, with additional advertisements, optimizations, and placements planned as part of ongoing project execution.
