Project Timeline:
August 2022 – Present
Problem/Solution:
Lever Farms partnered with EMILY to elevate their digital and on-farm presence. The goal was to enhance the customer experience, boost brand visibility, and better communicate their seasonal offerings and products, both online and in person.
Key Objectives:
Develop a modern, easy-to-navigate website optimized for mobile users.
Improve way-finding and customer education through engaging, branded signage.
Support seasonal marketing with dynamic content and DIY social media tools.
Visually represent products and farm experiences with high-quality photography.
Our Approach:
Team EMILY executed a comprehensive website redesign that showcases Lever Farms’ seasonal events, product offerings, and family-friendly experiences. The site was optimized for mobile use and accessibility, making it easy for customers to plan visits and learn more about farm operations.
To support the in-person experience and customer education, our creative team produced a range of graphic design assets, including:
A product trifold brochure to guide customers through product selections.
A farm scavenger hunt offers a fun, interactive activity for younger guests.
Exterior signage to improve navigation and reinforce the farm’s branding.
Product care and info sheets to educate consumers post-purchase.
We also launched a DIY monthly content program to help the Lever Farms team post consistent, branded content across social media platforms. This toolkit enables them to engage their audience and promote seasonal happenings without daily oversight.
Results:
Lever Farms now offers a more streamlined, informative, and visually appealing customer experience both online and on the farm. With ongoing graphic design and marketing support, they continue to grow their reach and deepen engagement with their community.
