Problem:
In early 2020, Jason and Tia approached Team EMILY as they prepared to reopen a beloved local ice cream shop under new ownership and a refreshed identity. The business needed a complete rebrand to differentiate it from the previous owners, increase community awareness, and create a strong visual presence, both online and offline.
