Problem/Solution:
Ben approached Team EMILY with a strong vision but no finalized business name or direction. He needed a full brand built from the ground up—starting with the identity and extending into digital presence, sales, and advertising strategy.

Our Approach:
Team EMILY worked with Ben to develop the Hi Bräu Beef Company name and brand identity. From there, we designed a clean, functional website with in-depth e-commerce features to handle direct-to-consumer beef sales. We also created and launched all associated social media accounts and listings, populating each platform with engaging, on-brand content every month.
To support packaging and shipping efforts, we produced print materials including rack cards, stickers, shipping labels, and branded magnets. To build brand awareness and generate sales, we implemented targeted digital advertising campaigns via Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Results:
Since launch, Hi Bräu has experienced consistent growth in online sales and brand reach—expanding its market beyond South Carolina into new territories. Ben continues to work with Team EMILY to scale the brand and refine his customer engagement strategies.
