Problem:

PetCare of Newberry, a local veterinary provider, sought to increase brand awareness and establish a strong digital presence in a competitive local market. Despite offering quality services, the clinic lacked a cohesive marketing strategy and visibility across digital platforms.


Solution:

EMILY™ was engaged to develop a full-scale branding and digital growth initiative, including four strategic campaigns, tailored SEO efforts, social media management, and competitive benchmarking.

    • Ensured all website assets were SEO-optimized, including keyword-rich image naming, alt tag usage, and proper link integration.

    • Monitored and refined keyword strategy while recommending additional directory listings such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Apple Maps to increase online presence.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Managed and grew Facebook and Instagram accounts by aligning content with campaign calendars and emerging trends.

    • Produced branded content including infographics, thought leadership posts, and educational resources to position PetCare as an industry expert.

    • Conducted monthly follow-ups with the client to review analytics and approve content strategies for the following month.

  • Competitor Monitoring:

    • Conducted ongoing competitor analysis, monitoring keyword rankings and digital tactics.

    • Identified high-performing techniques among competitors and adapted them to maintain PetCare’s upward trajectory in local search rankings.


Outcome:
