Project Tasks:  Brand Development & Visual Identity Refinement, Social Media Account Optimization & Engagement Strategy, Full Website Rebuild with Improved User Experience & Mobile Responsiveness, Local & Business Listings Updates, Analytics Tracking Setup & Reporting, and Professional Product Photography & Team Headshots

Project Timeline: June 2024 – Present

Problem/Solution: Becker Complete, a growing home services and construction company, needed a cohesive brand presence to match the quality of their work. They reached out to EMILY™ to strengthen their visual identity and support expansion into new markets.

EMILY™ began with a brand refresh to better reflect Becker Complete’s commitment to craftsmanship and reliability. A complete rebuild of their website was conducted, improving navigation, visual storytelling, and mobile performance. Business listings were updated across platforms to improve search visibility. To elevate their marketing materials, we organized on-site photography sessions to capture high-quality product shots and team headshots. Analytics tools were implemented to monitor site traffic and campaign performance.

Key Deliverables:

  • Refined brand identity with updated color palette, logo use, and tone

  • Enhanced and aligned social media profiles

  • Fully rebuilt website with improved SEO and UX

  • Verified and optimized business listings

  • Analytics dashboard setup for tracking engagement and ROI

  • Increased visibility and engagement across digital platforms

  • Improved search rankings through accurate listings and SEO updates

  • Higher-quality content and photography for use in marketing and proposals

A strong digital presence works best when branding, web design, and SEO reinforce one another instead of being handed to separate teams with different priorities. The website can look polished, but it still needs clear service pages and enough authority to rank. I’d involve Vladenza on the SEO side to identify competitor gaps, strengthen the pages tied to leads, and build relevant external signals around the brand’s core offers. That gives the design and messaging more chances to be seen by the right audience. I’d judge the result by qualified search visibility and inquiries, not by whether one channel looks impressive in isolation.
